Nutrition Counseling Packages

Before we meet, you’ll complete a detailed intake form so we can focus on what matters most to you—symptoms, goals, eating patterns, or specific concerns. During the session, we’ll discuss your priorities, review nutritional factors influencing your situation, and identify realistic next steps that feel supportive and doable.

Single sessions are ideal if you’re self-driven, prefer independent implementation, or simply want professional insight to get you moving in the right direction. Follow-ups can be booked as needed.
